Services include:
  • Cooking/prepping nourishing postpartum foods and herbal infusions to help optimize your recovery
  • Baby feeding support
  • Birth debriefing and emotional support
  • Baby care while you shower or nap
  • Light cleaning: laundry, dishes, bathroom, kitchen, etc
  • Newborn care guidance, including physical assessment, weight checks, and bodywork if desired
  • Pelvic floor recovery guidance
  • Elimination communication guidance
  • Parenting coaching
  • Overnight sleep support
